Refund Policy

Effective date: July 2, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to all products and services provided by Orbiresearch LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), including subscription based digital products (such as digital products and custom agent development) and custom agent development services delivered under a separate service agreement.

Subscriptions to our digital products are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting hello@orbiresearch.com. Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund the current billing period.

We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods already used, except where required by applicable law.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at hello@orbiresearch.com within 14 days of the charge and we will review the request.

Some products use a prepaid token wallet to cover usage based costs. Token purchases are non refundable once tokens have been consumed. Unused token balances may be refunded within 14 days of purchase upon request to hello@orbiresearch.com, at our discretion, less any tokens already used.

Custom agent development, consulting, and integration work is governed by the terms of the individual service agreement signed with the client. In general:

• Deposits paid to begin a project are non refundable once work has commenced, as they secure allocated development time and resources.
• Refunds for undelivered work, if any, are evaluated on a case by case basis according to the scope and terms defined in the applicable service agreement (Prilog 1 / project brief).
• Monthly maintenance fees are billed in advance and are non refundable for the current billing period once service has started, but can be cancelled for future periods at any time.

To request a refund or raise a billing question, contact us at hello@orbiresearch.com with your account email or invoice reference. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
