ORBIRESEARCH provides AI agent architecture consulting, design, and implementation services. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Architecture Audits
• Agent Fleet Design and Deployment
• Embedded Architect Retainer Engagements
• Educational Content and Courses
• Open Source Tools and Resources

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any engagement are defined in a separate project agreement signed by both parties before work begins.

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract content without permission
• Reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without attribution
• Use our website to transmit harmful or malicious content
• Impersonate ORBIRESEARCH or misrepresent your affiliation with us

All content on this website — including text, designs, diagrams, methodologies, code examples, and visual elements — is the intellectual property of ORBIRESEARCH unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Content published under our open source repositories on GitHub is licensed under the terms specified in each repository (typically MIT License).

Our four-layer architecture methodology, agent creation framework, and associated documentation are proprietary. You may reference and cite them with proper attribution but may not reproduce them as your own methodology.

For paid services:

• All engagements require a signed project agreement before work begins
• Payment terms are defined in each project agreement
• Minimum engagement size is $5,000
• Deliverables are defined in the project agreement scope
• Work product ownership is defined in each project agreement
• Confidentiality obligations apply to both parties as defined in the agreement

Selected tools, templates, and patterns published on our GitHub repositories are available under open source licenses. Each repository specifies its applicable license. Using our open source resources does not create a client relationship or entitle you to consulting services.

Our newsletter (Weekly Signal) and Lab publications are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free.

You may share links to our content. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link to the original. You may not republish full articles without written permission.

ORBIRESEARCH provides information and services on an ‘as is’ basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We do not guarantee specific results from our consulting services
• We are not responsible for the actions of AI agents deployed based on our architecture after handoff to the client

Our website content, Lab publications, and open source resources are provided for educational and informational purposes. They do not constitute professional advice. Implementation decisions should be validated in your specific context. AI agent systems carry inherent risks, and you are responsible for testing, monitoring, and maintaining any systems deployed in your environment.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Novi Sad, Serbia.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Material changes will be communicated via our newsletter or website announcement. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance.
